Like you, I see where Todd was coming from, but what I object to is the idea that having a dedicated department isn&#039;t a valid way to get TO integration.  It takes time, effort and commitment.  I fail to see how having a dedicated department couldn&#039;t contribute to that.

Interestingly, I found another post from Jay Baer this morning that covered similar ground.
